D.O.C. is a fulfillment program designed to enhance our customers experience, it is our promise to our customer. Williams Distributing employees will take training courses and demonstrate hands-on that they have what it takes to fulfill that promise.

Our results will be recorded against the industry standards with a goal that out paces those standards. Regular updates of results will be distributed weekly.

D.O.C. training will begin with the Shipping & Receiving department and branches that forward product. Next will be Customer Service and Sales Support employees.

D.O.C. training will have three tiers or levels:
1) Basic: training designed for new or newer employees. It will be an overview of basic skills and situations they will experience on the job.
2) Advanced: training for employees who have demonstrated they can perform basic skills consistently and are ready for the next step of skills and service.
3) Elite: training for only those that successfully pass and demonstrate advanced level of skills and service consistently. Employees with Elite training will work hands-on with new employees.
